Error of Hack 3.8

I downloaded the Hack 3.8, I put the "msvcr120.dll" file in the folder Hack 3.8 and then they tell me that lack "MSVCP120.dll" I download it, I put it in the folder Hack 3.8 and then they tell me "The application has failed to start correctly (0xc000007b)
Click OK to close the application.
